QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive dealership operations, or inventory coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accurate inventory records and meeting aging parameters
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Leadership experience with the ability to supervise and assist in hiring process
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  Schedule - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
  Location - Audi Ottawa on 458 Montreal Road

• Closely work with the Sales Manager in configuring the allocation
• Highlight aged inventory to ensure aging parameters are met
• Requesting PDI on vehicles
• Push internal cars – new and CPO for repairs. Ensure all cars are ready for delivery
• Request third-party installations timely in accordance with delivery schedules
• Direct Lot team to ensure they move inventory around, cleaning and moving vehicles of snow in the winter
• Carry the loaner fleet management
• Over see lot attendants and assist with the hiring in that role when needed
