Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the inventory control team, ensuring high standards of performance and accountability.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor inventory levels across all locations to maintain optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
Analyze inventory data, demand forecasts, and sales trends to support procurement and replenishment planning.
Oversee cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and reconciliation processes to maintain inventory accuracy.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Operations, and Finance departments to ensure seamless inventory flow.
Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Generate and present inventory performance reports, KPIs, stock aging reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory standards, and audit requirements.
Optimize warehouse inventory layout and storage practices to improve operational efficiency.
Lead inventory-related projects, including ERP/WMS implementation and process improvement initiatives.
Train, mentor, and evaluate inventory staff to support professional development and operational excellence.
Report inventory performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of inventory or warehouse management experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Strong experience in inventory planning, stock control, forecasting, and warehouse operations.
Advanced knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with KPI monitoring, inventory audits, and cycle counting.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Flexible with work schedules and available for operational support when required.
Willing to relocate outside the UAE (if applicable).
Available to join immediately is an advantage.
