About the role ESI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee inventory across a diverse portfolio of professional products and brands. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing a high volume of smaller items, maintaining accuracy, and creating systems that support a fast-paced, multi-department environment. What you'll do Oversee daily inventory operations across multiple brands and product categories Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular audits and cycle counts Monitor stock levels and proactively reorder to avoid shortages or excess inventory Organize and optimize storage systems for efficiency, accessibility, and cleanliness Collaborate with purchasing, retail, and education teams to ensure inventory aligns with operational needs Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective processes Improve and streamline inventory systems, workflows, and reporting Utilize inventory management software (Meevo) to track product movement and performance Ensure all products are properly labeled, categorized, and stored May be required to drive a company vehicle between ESI locations or to pick up inventory from vendors Qualifications 2+ years of inventory management experience Experience managing inventory with many small items across multiple brands Willing to work between company locations (Dunwoody and Buckhead) and drive company van when needed Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with inventory systems and spreadsheets Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work with vendors and ensure ESI has negotiated the best price available Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) Comfortable operating a company vehicle as needed Preferred Experience: Experience using Meevo software strongly preferred Experience in beauty, spa, retail, or professional product environments Familiarity with barcode systems and inventory tracking tools Experience supporting multi-department operations What ESI Offers our Valued Employees Competitive pay (based on experience) Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and other ancillary benefits 401k including company matching!
