JOB SUMMARY:

We seek a detail-oriented and results-driven Inventory Manager with at least 3 years of experience overseeing our inventory operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, optimizing inventory processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and improving overall efficiency.
This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with inventory management systems, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics and production teams.

QUALIFICATIONSSKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP/WMS systems).
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and operations teams.
  • Experience with RFID, barcode scanning, or automated inventory tracking systems is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in inventory management processes and implement best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inventory AuditsReporting: Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • System Management: Utilize inventory management software (ERP/WMS) to maintain accurate records and improve operational efficiency.
  • Inventory ControlOptimization: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimize shortages.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, logistics teams, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely restocking.
  • Stock ReplenishmentForecasting: Analyze demand patterns and historical data to ensure optimal stock levels, reducing stockouts and overstock situations.
  • ComplianceQuality Control: Ensure inventory management practices comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Cost Control: Monitor inventory costs, optimize stock turnover, and collaborate with finance to manage budgeted inventory expenses.
