JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Manager / Inventory Photographer to manage our dealership’s vehicle inventory and present it in a professional, appealing manner across all digital platforms. This dual-role position is responsible for overseeing inventory logistics, ensuring accurate data entry into dealership systems, and photographing vehicles for online marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in automotive inventory or photography preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with digital cameras, photo editing software, and mobile apps.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of vehicles and trims is a plus.

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.
• Conduct daily lot walks to ensure inventory is correctly displayed and accounted for.
• Process and manage vehicle check-ins and lot organization.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and detail departments to prepare vehicles for retail.
• Update vehicle statuses in dealership systems (DMS/CRM) and third-party listing platforms.
• Manage aging inventory reports and assist with vehicle transfers or wholesale as needed.
