Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for efficiency and accuracy? We are seeking an Inventory Control Manager to oversee and improve all processes related to tracking, managing, and ensuring the accuracy of our company’s inventory. This critical role supports smooth supply chain operations by working closely with warehouse, purchasing, production, and finance teams. WHAT YOU’LL DO As the Inventory Control Manager, you will: * Ensure Inventory Accuracy * Develop and implement inventory management procedures. * Oversee daily transactions, cycle counts, and audits. * Investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly. * Drive Reporting & Analysis * Prepare and maintain inventory reports, KPIs, and variance analysis. * Identify trends in stock usage and optimize carrying costs. * Partner with finance for month-end and year-end reconciliations. * Lead Process Improvements * Enhance workflows, systems, and technology use. * Reduce shrinkage and strengthen data integrity. * Ensure compliance with policies and best practices. * Provide Leadership & Collaboration * Supervise, train, and mentor inventory staff. * Collaborate with purchasing, production, and warehouse leaders. * Keep management informed of risks, shortages, and excesses. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (preferred). * 5+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations. * 3–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.). * Food manufacturing experience is a plus. * Skills & Strengths * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Effective leadership and team management abilities. * Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methods (a plus). 8:00am - 4:30pm onsite at our Iron Ridge Facility
