Inventory Manager – Kemps Creek, N.S.W Toll Group are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Inventory Manager to lead our inventory operations and planning initiatives. This is a pivotal role where the successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational and resourcing plans through effective management of stock storage levels and targets. This role involves coordinating inventory activities to achieve cost savings, ensuring compliance, and engaging with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Duties and responsibilities may include but not limited to - Oversee and manage stock flow through the warehouse to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with business goals. Optimise planning and inventory control procedures to enhance warehouse performance and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Monitor and report on budgets, expenditures, and financial compliance to meet both customer and Toll’s expectations. Implement people strategies that promote a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with organisational and regional standards. Champion a strong safety culture aligned with Toll’s values and regional requirements. What you'll need to succeed: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Inventory and Warehouse Management. Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing inventory systems. Proven experience in managing operational budgets. Strong data analysis and report development skills. Experience in implementing and managing warehouse logistics technology. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and other office-based technologies. Qualifications: Logistics Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
