Inventory Officer to manage day-to-day inventory and purchasing operations for our construction/logistics projects. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy coordinating with operations teams to ensure smooth material flow.

• Receive, check, and organize incoming stock.
• Keep accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Conduct regular stock counts.
• Assist with purchasing: source suppliers, compare prices, and issue purchase orders.
• Track deliveries and coordinate with vendors.
• Prepare and send goods to sites/projects.
• Maintain proper records and monthly reports.
• Support operations with material forecasts.
• Follow Goods Receipt (GRN) and inventory control procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
