We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com Inventory Officer – Defence Sector- Expressions of Interest Location: Puckapunyal, VIC Mandatory: Baseline Security Clearance (Minimum Required) Type: Salaried Position We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Inventory Officers for upcoming opportunities supporting Defence operations in Puckapunyal. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations within Defence or other secure environments. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels Conduct stocktakes and inventory reconciliations Monitor and manage inventory movements Ensure compliance with Defence policies and procedures Support logistics and warehousing operations Prepare inventory reports and documentation About You Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain Experience working within Defence environments is essential Current Defence Security Clearance (Baseline minimum) is mandatory Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's on Offer Salaried position Opportunity to support critical Defence capabilities Long-term career opportunities within the Defence sector Collaborative and professional team environment If you hold a current Defence clearance and have relevant inventory management experience, we'd love to hear from you.
