Working hours: Double Days A Shift: Monday – Friday, rotating 05:45-13:45 / 14:00-22:00 each week (37.5 hours/week)

JOB SUMMARY – WHAT TO EXPECT:

As the Inventory Operator, you will manage one or two basic processes within the inventory department in accordance with company procedures, work instructions, and systems.

Essential functions and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Undertaking basic tasks, under direction of the Team Leader. This could include Picking, Packstation Scanning, Pre-Sort, Machine Over labelling, or fitting set production. Other tasks could include receiving, putting away, and replenishment, assist re-work and cycle counting.
• Complying with health and safety regulations, including the safe use of equipment (i.e. machinery, lift truck, manual handling equipment) and general good housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Working with systems in the Inventory Department

• Suggesting continuous improvement ideasSome investigation and resolving of issues

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE SHOULD YOU HAVE?

• Experience in a large open plan warehouse or factory
• Knowledge of proper manual handling techniques
• Ability to lift products and transport throughout the building on cages (up to approx. 25kg)
• Ability to work at heights
• Good standard of spoken English and Maths
• Team player with good social skillsPassionate to learn
