Our client, a leading global company in the logistics and fulfillment industry, is seeking several Inventory Planning/Warehouse Operations Associates to work onsite in Kirkland, WA. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Planning Associate to support operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong execution of data and processes is required. The successful candidate must have the ability to operate with a company-wide mindset while fostering cross-functional and cross-business project development.
Pay: $28.00 to $30.00/hour - based on experience
Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 5:00pm to 3:30am or Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Kirkland, WA
Contract Duration: 11-month W-2, possible extension

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data accuracy across tools and processes to support operational effectiveness.
  • Manage inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking, maintenance, vendor communication, fill rates, and resolution of operational issues.
  • Analyze inventory levels and SKU performance to determine replenishment needs.
  • Execute and maintain reports and systems related to purchase orders, in-stock management, and vendor operations.
  • Collaborate across departments and business functions to drive strategic and process improvements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as an Inventory Specialist, Associate Planner, Associate Buyer, or in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other business software tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and team-oriented with a focus on collaboration and results
  • Preferred experience working with inventory management systems
  • Preferred familiarity with supply chain or purchasing functions

WAREHOUSE REQUIREMENTS:

  • General warehouse experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Physical activity includes sitting, standing, and bending for extended periods
