Description About the Role: As an Inventory Processor, you're the reason our online auctions run smoothly. You’ll inspect and list products with honesty and accuracy—helping customers bid with confidence. If you’re detail-oriented, love variety, and enjoy fast-paced work, this might be the perfect fit! Schedule: Friday-Sunday 5:00 am- 5:30 PM What You’ll Do: Process and list items for auction Ensure accurate descriptions using our easy-to-learn system Maintain speed and quality in a warehouse setting Work independently while contributing to the team Why You’ll Love It: Autonomy to manage your own flow New and interesting items every day Simple, easy-to-learn software Light physical activity that keeps you moving Time flies in this fast-paced environment What to Consider: You’ll be on your feet most of the day Some lifting and sorting required Warehouse can be hot or cold depending on the season Requirements Job Requirements: Great attention to detail and highly organized Required to meet performance standards and KPI Self-motivated Ability to stand all-day and work in extreme temperatures Ability to lift and move hundreds of items daily ranging from 10lb-50lb Basic Computer skills (proficient typing, “shortcut” controls, Internet browsing) Basic technical skills with computers, iPhones, and warehousing hand tools 1-2 years of inventory control experience preferred Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be dependable and have excellent attendance Bilingual is a plus! Physical Demands: The Inventory Processor position requires the following physical capabilities: Standing for Long Periods: Ability to stand and be on your feet for 10+ hours a day Working in Extreme Weather Conditions: Must be comfortable working indoors during summer and winter months when temperatures vary Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently and assist with team lifts of items heavier than 50 lbs as needed.
