Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator Location: Berea, OH Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Bonus + Benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, Life, STD, HSA/FSA, 401(K) w/ Match, Profit Sharing, PTO Job Type: Full-Time Typical Hours: M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator Description Our client is looking for an Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to add to their team. In this role, you will manage purchasing activities and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure the smooth flow of materials throughout the organization. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to support cost control, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely procurement of materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong negotiation skills. Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator Responsibilities • Process purchase orders, requisitions, and vendor agreements • Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability • Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records • Utilize NetSuite ERP or inventory management systems to track stock levels, generate reports, and maintain accurate purchasing records • Coordinate with warehouse staff and receiving teams regarding incoming shipments • Resolve vendor, shipping, or invoicing discrepancies Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator Qualifications • Experience in the industrial industry (distribution and/or manufacturing) required • 4+ years of inventory management and/or purchasing experience required • Proficiency with NetSuite ERP required • Experience with Microsoft Excel required
