JOB PROFILE

The Inventory / Quality Control Technician is responsible for completing QC validation, line audits, and product sampling to ensure products are manufactured in compliance with our customer, regulatory and industry standards. Functions as primary contact for QC operations team. Participates in development and implementation of quality projects and supports department initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Performs activities that ensure required quality and safety standards are being met for our products and process.
  • Knowledge of Systems required to perform job function such as: Inventory systems, release systems, Change Control, Update Databases, Nonconformance or deviation management system, Release of intermediates and finished goods, approve shipments under quarantine, Ownership of Documents related to job function, Perform Audits for receipt and issued orders, Logbook processing, After Market/Production Support, Resolve Holds, Support MBR Review, Issue MBRs and Support Investigations.
  • Participates in problem solving and troubleshooting of Quality, Operations and Manufacturing issues.
  • Communicates effectively with production, maintenance, warehouse, and other functions as necessary.
  • Review non-conformities found in the warehouse operation.
  • Review Master Catalog to ensure all parts are in Sync, and all data is Accurate.
  • Approve or Reject orders based on QC Validation.
