Description We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and organized Warehouse Receiving Coordinator to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing products within the warehouse, and assisting with overall warehouse functions to ensure efficient production and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, has forklift experience, basic computer skills, and is willing to assist in multiple areas of warehouse operations as needed. Requirements Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Accurately enter inventory and receiving data into warehouse systems Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and warehouse standards Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or replenishment needs Assist with shipping, staging, and general warehouse support as needed Qualifications Previous experience in inventory control, receiving, warehouse coordination, or related roles preferred Forklift experience and/or certification preferred Basic computer proficiency, including inventory software and Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Preferred Skills Experience with Inventory software, comfortable learning a new internal tool.
