JOB SUMMARY

KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking an Replenishment Associate to join our team onsite in Wendell, NC. The Replenishment Associate is primarily responsible for ensuring that inventory and respective locations are organized, consolidated, and shipment ready.

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
  • 1-5 years of related inventory experience in a warehouse distribution environment
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Familiarity with inventory control
  • Must be a team player with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Good time-management skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively present information
  • Proficiency or experience with SAP is a plus
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility
  • Previous forklift experience preferred, must be willing to become forklift certified

Work Environment:

  • Work performed in a combination of shop and office environments
  • Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils

Responsibilities
  • Operate material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse environment.
  • Monitor inventory min/max levels in warehouse to determine need for stock replacement.
  • Operate RF scanners to manage inventory accurately and effectively.
  • Data input and update existing internal inventory logs.
  • Record keeping of past/current inventory investigations.
  • Re-create part labels or inventory location labels as needed.
  • Maintain Key Performance Indicator reports for management.
  • Work in conjunction with Supervisor to form and implement solutions to reduce inventory variances.
  • Intermediately cycle count product in warehouse for investigative purposes.
  • Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized.
