POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory / Schedule / Production Planner to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in production planning, scheduling, or inventory management (aerospace
  manufacturing preferred)
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and production workflows
• Knowledge of aerospace quality requirements (AS9100 experience a plus)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer delivery requirements
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Create and maintain production schedules and work orders in alignment with capacity
• Coordinate with production, quality, and purchasing to ensure on-time delivery
• Track progress of jobs and adjust schedules as needed to minimize downtime
• Generate reports on inventory usage, backlog, and schedule adherence
• Support continuous improvement efforts in planning and inventory control processes
