We are currently seeking an Inventory Services Coordinator & Analyst to work with procurement, warehouse and logistics while ensuring inventory accuracy, integrity, and efficient product delivery.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Inventory Services Coordinator & Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing velocity reports, tracking inventory movements, ensuring procurement processes are running smoothly, and maintaining strong communication between logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams. You will also work closely with the Warehouse Manager & procurement Director to implement control measures for managing stock, ensuring the accuracy of inventory data, and supporting efficient order fulfillment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in logistics, procurement, and inventory control (ideally in food distribution or FMCG sectors).
• Experience preparing and analyzing velocity reports to track inventory movement and stock turnover.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Proficiency in verifying pickup and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Ability to track open orders, monitor stock levels, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working closely with warehouse and logistics teams.
