The salary for this position is $50,000 annually. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid drivers license and your own transportation are required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, delivery driving, or related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our company provides value-added services to our customers which includes maintaining the inventory of our products at their locations. As the Inventory Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana. You will work closely with warehouse leadership, account managers, and drivers to ensure accurate inventory reporting, exceptional customer service, and smooth implementation of new VMI customer accounts. Your day-to-day will include data analysis using Microsoft Office, resolving customer service issues, coordinating meetings and audits, and mentoring team members. This position offers a dynamic blend of administrative and hands-on responsibilities and is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional looking to grow within a trusted, 100+ year-old company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to analyze and document inventory for reporting, while gaining knowledge of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
  • Solicit customer feedback and take appropriate actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse Directors to provide coaching and emergency vendor managed inventory and mentoring to drivers for all locations throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana.
  • Communicate and collaborate with account managers, warehouse leadership and drivers to troubleshoot and resolve any customer service issues.
  • Assist and facilitate customer meetings and audits.
  • Coordinate set up for new Vendor Managed Inventory customer accounts at their locations.
