Position Overview: X-Bow Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory & Site Logistics Intern to support our operations in Sacramento, CA, and Luling, TX. This internship offers hands-on experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, data entry, document drafting, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and eager to learn about the aerospace industry. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Assist in tracking, organizing, and maintaining inventory records. Conduct inventory audits and ensure accurate documentation of stock levels. Support the implementation of inventory control processes to optimize efficiency. Site Logistics: Coordinate logistics for site operations, including material movement and resource allocation. Assist in planning and scheduling deliveries to ensure smooth workflow. Collaborate with team members to address logistical challenges and improve processes. Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases. Ensure all records are maintained with precision and attention to detail. Document Drafting: Draft and edit documents, including reports, schedules, and operational plans. Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and formatting guidelines. Scheduling: Assist in creating and maintaining schedules for site operations and team activities. Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines and milestones are met. Qualifications: Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inventory management systems or logistics software is a plus.
