Description As an Inventory Specialist, you will support various inventory activities within the company. This might include pulling parts, building sets, inspection and quality control, and shipping. This is a high-energy, deadline-driven, and collaborative team that works together to meet daily deadlines to ship products. This position works from the direction of the Materials Manager to process inventory. Responsibilities Receiving inventory and data input into SAP system Picking orders from finished goods inventory using the SAP Packaging of shipments Creation of shipping labels within FEDEX Cleaning of incoming surgical instruments Inspection of surgical instruments Reconciliation of inventory using ERP software Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM Must be available for on-call duties during rotating weekends Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years with warehouse-related activities Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Experience in QC, audit, or receiving is preferred Excellent computer skills; Windows, MS Excel, MS Word Experience with SAP desired Excellent communication and personal skills Excellent organizational skills Detail Oriented Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 pounds on occasion Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time Must be able to reach, bend, push, lift, and climb continuously Reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
