JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management processes. This position involves conducting regular audits, analyzing inventory data, and collaborating with various departments to optimize supply chain operations. The Inventory Auditor will utilize their expertise in warehouse management and data analysis to identify discrepancies and implement process improvements.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse distribution, or inventory control.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse control
• Strong data analysis skills with experience in data mining, visualization, and collection techniques.
• Knowledge of logistics, sourcing strategies, and supplier management practices.
• Experience with financial analysis related to inventory pricing and cost control.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during audits or stock checks.

• Analyze inventory data using advanced analytics tools
• Collaborate with supply chain management to improve inventory control processes.
• Perform root cause analysis on discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and manage stock levels effectively.
• Engage in category management and demand planning to optimize purchasing decisions.
• Support procurement activities by analyzing supplier performance and negotiating contracts.
• Assist in financial modeling related to inventory valuation and cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce standards for online inventory management.
• Participate in materials handling processes, including shipping & receiving and order fulfillment.
• Setup markets for inventory management and keep them full and reduce losses from spoilage
