As an Inventory Specialist Cycle Counter, you will report to a Supervisor and monitor inventory accuracy, investigate causes of inventory discrepancies, and lead physical inventory. Your typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm and will be paid weekly at $19.60 per hour.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of recent experience in cycle counting and inventory control
  • PC literate with experience in Microsoft Suites
  • WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience
  • Experience operating material handling equipment
  • Must be a U.S. citizen to work at this site
Responsibilities
  • Maintain inventory records and inventory management procedures
  • Reconcile inventory and coordinate inventory procedures
  • Work with management on implementing loss prevention programs and improving management of inventory
  • Implement recovery program to ensure all defective product is accounted for and handled properly
  • Help oversee the inventory quality and accuracy assurance programs, including weekly and monthly reports
  • Conduct system searches to locate products
  • Develop a program to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location
  • Process proper documentation to create a prompt credit transaction
  • Develop all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory count
