At the Ideal Tridon Group, connections aren’t just what we make—they’re the heart of everything we do. We are seeking an Inventory Lead for our Ocala, Florida Plant. Summary: Supports manufacturing operations by maintaining accurate inventory levels, overseeing inventory processes, and ensuring timely reporting and movement of materials. This role includes lead-level responsibilities and cross-functional coordination within operations. Key Responsibilities: * Lead inventory control processes (cycle counts, adjustments, reconciliation) * Oversee receiving and inbound inventory processing * Track and report inventory movement and production metrics * Process work orders and RMAs  * Support intercompany transfers and material flow  * Provide day-to-day guidance within inventory operations  * Lead yearly physical inventory processes  Qualifications: * 2–4 years inventory/warehouse experience (manufacturing preferred) * Strong experience with cycle counts and inventory adjustments * Ability to interpret inventory data and reports • Forklift operation experience  * High attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifiications: * Lead or supervisory experience * ERP system experience (Macola preferred) * Multi-department inventory coordination experience Skills & Competencies: * Strong accountability and ownership * Detail-oriented with high accuracy * Effective communication skills * Problem-solving and analytical thinking * Ability to work cross-functionally An Equal Opportunity Employer We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, genetic information, or any other status protected by law or regulation.
