The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting efficient warehouse operations for Iowa80.com. This position works closely with Management and the Outbound and Inbound teams to ensure all products are accounted for, organized, and readily available to meet customer demand. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and audits. Record, track, and adjust inventory levels in company systems Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or errors. Collaborate with Outbound and Inbound departments to ensure stock accuracy. Support process improvements related to inventory control and product flow Train in as well as assist other functional areas of the Distribution Center when needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience using inventory management or ERP software preferred Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to drive forklifts and operate other heavy equipment; training will be provided Benefits Weekly pay Flexible scheduling options Job security Overtime opportunities Employee discounts on meals, merchandise, and fuel Career development and training programs 401(k) plan with company contributions for financial security Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance coverage Flexible spending and dependent care accounts Paid vacation Profit sharing Tuition reimbursement/educational assistance up to $1,500 per year Iowa80.com is committed to providing a safe work environment.
