Magnolia Plumbing, LLC is looking for a dependable and organized Inventory Specialist to support our warehouse and field operations. This position is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock levels, tracking materials, and supporting technician and vehicle inventory needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to keeping warehouse operations running smoothly. This role plays an important part in ensuring materials and supplies are available to support our teams and deliver excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities Receive, organize, and maintain inventory in the warehouse. Track inventory levels and ensure materials are stocked and available when needed. Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately. Support technician truck stock setup, replenishment, and inventory management. Perform regular inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies. Enter inventory transactions and maintain accurate records in company software. Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Help identify ways to improve inventory and warehouse processes. Support daily warehouse operations and material handling needs as required. Requirements 2 years of inventory, warehouse, logistics, or material management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse operations. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to analyze data and identify inventory discrepancies. Familiarity with safety procedures and warehouse best practices. Forklift certification or experience is a plus. Valid driver's license preferred. Benefits & Culture Company Truck & Fuel Card.
