Duties include:

• Administration – Filing, staff scheduling, and providing administrative support directly to managers.
• Inventory Management - Processing incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Ad creation for new and used units.
• Taking pictures of units, uploading them to website, updating prices, etc.
• Answering the phone and greeting customers in a courteous and timely manner.
• Working inside and outside in all weather conditions.
• Working with all departments, including Sales, Service and Parts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Successful candidate must:

• Have customer service experience
• Be able to work effectively without constant supervision
• Be able to work in a fast pace environment
• Demonstrate a great team work experience
• Have excellent writing skills in English
• Able to work on Saturdays
• Open minded
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills will be considered an asset
