Description Job Title: Inventory Specialist Job Classification: Non-Exempt Reports To: New Equipment Manager Position Summary: This position is responsible for the daily functions related to the proper accountability of company inventory. This individual will perform all duties in accordance with Revels policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations. Essential Duties (including, but not limited to): Receive and account for all whole-good machines and bundles as they arrive Receive items into inventory through the Dealer Inventory Tracking (DIT) program Print and apply DIT labels to inventory items with assigned stock numbers Store labeled inventory items in proper location Maintain the Sales Order by Annotating which items listed on the sales order have been received Supplying the Service Department with a copy of the sales order, equipment packing list, and other appropriate documentation after the order is complete Maintain control over new equipment, attachments and whole-goods bundles Mark warehoused bundles with the name of the customer with DIT label Items ordered for stock will be labeled as FV stock Place stock items in the Back Warehouse Assist Yard Controller with pulling stock items from the whole-goods warehouse and from the set-up area and delivering them to technicians Assist in unloading common carrier trucks as needed Assist in loading and unloading of company trucks as needed Accomplish proper documentation for equipment, attachment and whole-goods bundle within the company locations, to include charging locations within the DIT program Assist the Used Equipment Manager as needed, to include changing locations within the DIT program and moving used equipment as needed Check received equipment for damage, to include concealed damage Report any damage to the New Equipment Manager Non-Essential Duties (including, but not limited to): Other duties as requested/assigned Requirements Skills and qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Forklift operator Microsoft excel, spreadsheets Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with others Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Team player, willingness to and be adaptable in challenging situations Bilingual communications (if fluent in other than English languages) Physical requirements Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing and carrying Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time
