We offer an entrepreneurial environment that promotes a culture of innovation, growth, and inclusion.  The right candidate will  * Contact vendors for quotes, follow-ups, acknowledgements, status updates * Inventory management. Manage Min, Max, and ROP fields in GSS * Coordinate with requestors regarding deviations and sourced substitution to ensure they meet form, fit and function * Assures that the commodity is delivered on schedule, at the negotiated price, and meets the quality standards of the company * Follows up on open and past due orders, maintains and manages order acknowledgements, assists in accounts payable discrepancies * Creates demand in ordering system, updates routers, order forms, data entry * Sources parts by Mfg #, parts #, drawing/blueprints and/or reverse engineers custom made parts to specifications.
