Due to record-breaking growth in our Helical Anchor Division, Viking Forest Products is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role will support our Sales, Compliance, and Operations teams with detailed project coordination and documentation throughout the busy season. This is a heavy detail orientated, project management, document collection and organization role that will work closely with our Sales, Compliance and Operations teams. Duties while working with Inventory Managers: Creating daily order excel spreadsheets Order management and shipment tracking Reaching out via email or phone calls to vendors and reload facilities to collect Bill of Ladings (BOLs) Updating spreadsheets and key systems with transactional data such as expenses and sales revenues. Order entry into proprietary order management software Processing shipping invoices for payment Duties while working directly with Crane Mat Traders: Maintaining spreadsheets of jobs for traders Obtaining signed copies of rental agreements Track rental projects and assisting with inventory management Education and/or Experience: Bachelor or Associate’s degree from a college or technical school preferred.
