Description Job Description Purpose and Scope: Supervises inventory control operations and teams according to established policies. Follows standard procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency. Assists with inventory planning, scheduling, forecasting, and control operations. Utilizes inventory tools and systems for tracking, analysis, auditing, and reporting. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement and support initiatives to optimize inventory capabilities using best inventory management practices. Responsibilities: Ensures inventory is accurately recorded and tracked. Assist inventory controller conduct daily/weekly/monthly cycle count and physical inventory count. Inspect and troubleshoot inventory problems electronically. Creates new procedures to become more efficient and to respond to business changes, heavy emphasis on automated processes. Balances inventory between all divisions through inventory systems. Reviews and audits inventory reports and inventory system. Requirements Skills / Other: Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Good organization and attention to detail Time Management skills Job Competency / Qualifications Education/ Training: High school diploma, GED or equivalent required Associate degree preferred) Technical Requirements: Proficient in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of Inventory Management Software and scanner systems. Experience: Minimum of Three (3) Years' work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse setting required.
