Your responsibilities in this role, include but are not limited to: Job Responsibilities Assisting customers with general queriesDefine and execute perpetual inventory counting (cycle count program)Define, plan and execute annual stocktake within the distribution centreInforming customers on current sales and promotions in storeInventory lifecycle management within the distribution centreLabelling goods with details of storage location.Maintenance of location and storage medium capacityManage quality control to drive improved service to storesManage store credit process and policies within Distribution CentresManagement of business controls for inventory adjustmentsManaging the entire four wall inventory integrityOperating computers to obtain details of location and quantity of items in stock.Product slotting and inventory placement within the distribution centre to optimise efficienciesProvide management information and insights on all inventory activitiesReceiving incoming goods, checking for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.Recommending vitamins and natural health care productsReplenishing stock and maintaining inventory levelsSetting and monitoring integrity policies and proceduresSetting up displays for catalogue promotionsSupport ranging inside Distribution Centres in line with business planUnloading vehicles, opening packages and removing contents.Skills Ability to work well in a team and autonomouslyExcellent customer service and people skillsEye for detail and accuracy, data entry and client/supplier careHave some prior experience with Invoicing / Inwards goods and/or InventoryWillingness to learn and grow with the businessPhysical Requirements Repeat the same movementsStand for long periods of timeUse hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controlsApply The successful applicant will be required to meet a satisfactory National Criminal History Check outcome.
