We’re looking for an Inventory Supervisor who can take ownership of our inventory operations and lead a team that keeps our warehouse and retail spaces fully stocked, accurate, and ready to serve our customers. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and leading a team — this might be the perfect role for you. Requirements As our Inventory Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything organized, accurate, and flowing efficiently. You will: Lead and support a team of 6–8 associates to ensure accuracy, productivity, and efficiency Oversee all inventory processes including receiving, stocking, replenishment, and order fulfillment Keep inventory records clean and accurate through cycle counts and reporting Ensure products are in the right place at the right time — both in the warehouse and on the retail floor Support retail merchandising by making sure displays are stocked, priced, and visually appealing Identify opportunities to reduce shrinkage, improve turnover, and streamline processes Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and delivery teams to keep operations aligned Maintain organized, easy-to-navigate storage systems Respond to inventory and product inquiries with professionalism and urgency What You Bring Experience as an Inventory Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role Bonus if you’ve worked in medical supply, DME, or retail environments Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management Experience with systems like UPS WorldShip, Brightree, or Elite Dispatch (preferred) A leadership mindset — you know how to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why You’ll Love It Here Competitive pay and benefits A supportive team that actually works together Opportunity to grow and make an impact Meaningful work in the healthcare and medical supply field — what you do matters At Northern Pharmacy & Medical Equipment, we’re committed to delivering quality care and service to our community.
