SUMMARY

LX Pantos America, Inc., is currently searching for highly motivated Inventory Supervisor for their New Jersey distribution center in Texas Area.
The Inventory Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager. The qualified candidate will display excellent leadership skills along with the ability to monitor workflow in a fast-paced distribution operation; oversee coaching and counseling of hourly associates; and ensure a safe and productive work environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

  • Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in distribution environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED; BS/BA Degree preferred.
  • Proven success in maintaining quality, service, and client relationships, in a high-volume fast-paced setting.
  • Experience working in a team oriented, multi-shift environment.
  • Proven competencies in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with WMS/TMS/DMS is strongly preferred.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Supervise receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities performed by warehouse associates, maintain a high degree of visibility and access to associates on the warehouse floor throughout the shift.
  • Establish and maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.
  • Ensure all established policies and procedures are followed by associates.
  • Prepare administrative reports and correspondence.
  • Determine manpower needs, facilitate training, motivate, coach, and assist in the resolution of associate performance and behavioral issues.
  • Oversee housekeeping activities.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area.
  • Support safety and best practice initiatives. Actively participate in and facilitate safety training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
