JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an Inventory Support Lead with prior experience within the electronic manufacturing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate has 6 to 10 years of experience within the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of effective management of receiving, stocking, and issuing material or supplies upon sufficient notification.

• Supervises Inventory Support department
• Receives and places into stock all material turned over from the Receiving Department
• Checks goods received against bills of lading, purchase orders, or other documents.
• Records all stock, either on appropriate recording forms or on computerized data base
• Sorts, counts, and checks raw materials, finished and semi-finished parts, and kits parts
• Disburses material upon presentation of properly executed stock requisition
• Deducts material sent out from total on hand in stock
• Always knows the location of material within stockroom
• Assists in the maintenance of a perpetual inventory
• Notifies supervisor when a certain reorder point is reached
• Maintains a positive work environment by professional and courteous conduct and communications with others, including supervisors, co-workers, clients, and vendors

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma with a minimum of 10 years of electronic manufacturing experience or associates degree with 6 years related experience
Legible handwriting and basic math abilities
Excellent communications skills, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
