About the role The Inventory & Receiving Team Leader will ensure that the business has all the required stock, products, materials, equipment and supplies it needs to operate effectively and efficiently in a manner that is aligned to established policies and standards. They will also oversee all inventory management processes and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner. This critical role includes driving and contributing to the T2 continuous improvement programs and initiatives across all areas ensuring best practice approach is maintained. Key responsibilities be an integral part of promoting and driving the Safety Culture in the DC, being accountable for the safe use of MHE and the safe storage of inventory once it has been received. accountable for the integrity and accuracy of all inventories in the warehouse. accountable for performing Stock Alignments daily to ensure both Highjump (WMS) and Netsuite (T2 ERP) always align. accountable for reviewing all Inventory Adjustments weekly and reporting back to key stakeholders on any significant discrepancies. accountable for processing the internal stock movements from DC stock to QC stock. responsible for ensuring all Damaged stock has been written off and processed correctly in the WMS. responsible for booking and completing all IFIP stock inspections for inbound shipment. responsible for ensuring the weekly KPI targets are monitored, achieved and presented on by the Inventory Coordinator. take the lead role in preparing for, executing, and reporting results for all DC stocktakes. responsible for the planning, execution and reporting on of all scheduled stocktakes. assist in driving the Safety-First Culture within the DC whilst also being an active member of any T2 continuous improvement programs, across all areas of responsibility.
