Job Description Pay Rate: $17.70 per hour (Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am) ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Receive/record information from prior sift. Email and make copies of schedules for employees and supervisors. Collect product tags and record them in computer system. Receive front half report and record in computer. Record all downtime entries. Generate copies of completed work for next shift. Verify employee attendance, absences, vacations and/or LOA’s to supervision. Organize office. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS Strong 10-key by touch. Excellent phone skills and ability to communicate with a wide variety of people. Good penmanship. At least 2-5 years of general office experience. Ability to have a flexible work schedule when needed. Ability to sit in front of computer for prolonged hours. Must be able to operate a pallet jack. Strong computer experience (word, excel, power point, date entry) REQUIREMENTS Other duties as assigned.
