We are now looking for an experienced and detail-driven Inventory & Warehouse Manager to join our growing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5–10 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics management, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Shopify, Stocky, or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

THE ROLE

As our Inventory & Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly across our retail stores and thriving online shop. You’ll oversee all inventory and distribution processes, manage our warehouse team of 5–6 people, and ensure a steady flow of products we move roughly 5,000 units a week. This role calls for a leader who is organized, process-focused, and experienced in high-volume retail logistics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee inventory control across retail locations, online sales, and warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement structured processes to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
• Lead, schedule, and motivate a warehouse team of 5–6 people.
• Coordinate distribution and logistics to ensure timely deliveries to stores and customers.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipping, working closely with vendors and carriers.
• Collaborate with the GM and retail teams
• Optimize warehouse, picking, packing, and fulfillment processes.
• Utilize inventory management systems; Shopify and Stocky experience is an asset.
