Description Boerger LLC is seeking a highly organized warehouse professional with strong shipping and receiving experience who is comfortable learning and operating MRP software in a structured manufacturing environment. This role supports production flow, inventory accuracy, and outbound logistics. We are a growing, family-owned company investing in facility expansion and long-term team development. What You’ll Do: Inventory & MRP Support: Receive and inspect inbound shipments Process receipts and transfers in MRP system Stage materials to production using work orders Maintain accurate part locations and stock integrity Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives Shipping & Receiving: Prepare outbound shipments and documentation Inspect finished assemblies prior to shipment Coordinate freight carriers and ensure on-time delivery Warehouse Operations: Operate forklift and material handling equipment Maintain organized warehouse layout and labeling Support safety and OSHA compliance standards Requirements 2+ years warehouse experience (manufacturing preferred) Shipping & receiving background required Experience with MRP/ERP systems strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Forklift experience preferred Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (equipment available)
