Description

Key Responsibilities Monitors physical inventory and pending orders across all outlets ( including location , due dates , status , etc. ) to verify inventory records are accurate Monitor inventory reception, set - up process and later inventory delivery to customers with involved departments and stakeholders Monitor inventory internal transfers between different outlets within the channels. Inventory locates and transfers inventory to and from all channels / locations to satisfy customer / everyone needs. Inventory In / Out activity and inventory reports , Ensure inventory are updated and accurate Work with sale team to define and manage the inventory orders plan to meet demand each branch. Tracking age inventory & its trend by location Conduct & Prepare physical stock count sheet Warehouse maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities Receive customer phone call & Share to response Person / department Ensure Tool and PDI kit is available enough each branch per demand , and refill on time Tracking arrival plan with Purchase & Logistic team Plan ahead the Location to unloading Unit & implement to reduce transportation fees Work with security to clean and check unit & Implement as daily basic Warehouse overseeing receiving , warehousing , and distribution operations Daily oversee warehouse environment Effective and safe use of warehouse equipment Education Knowledge and Requirements Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field At least 2 years experiences of Inventory and Warehouse or related field Advance Microsoft Excel Good in English language Good Communication, friendly, problem solving, hard-working and strong commitment How to apply?
