JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is accountable for supporting both Trust’s customers as well as internal stakeholders in the day-to-day operations of Trust’s investment products offering across both managed and self-directed investments to meet their operational, risk, compliance and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Execute and manage operational fund flows for settlements and funds withdrawals.
  • Perform books and records management, including reconciliation and investigate discrepancies that may arise.
  • Provide Level-2 support of investment products including but not limited to investment account management, product and trade inquiries, and complaints handling in collaboration with customer facing teams.
  • Collaborate closely with other functions to ensure high standards of conduct, governance, and operational excellence.
  • Support relevant stakeholders in adherence to all regulatory requirements such as assisting production necessary regulatory and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with key vendors to maintain effective operational relationships.
  • Ensure process documentations are up-to-date and continuously improve our systems and processes.
  • Support the development and production of new product training materials and conduct relevant training for the wider team.
