    Procare’s Factual Investigations Division are seeking a Factual Case Coordinator for an immediate start, to work within our established Investigations team based at our Head Office in Alexandria.
    This is an integral role in the operations of the factual investigations division and requires the successful candidate to have an understanding of the insurance industry.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

  • Updating our valued clients on the progress of factual investigations;
  • Assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration;
  • General insurance investigations support;
  • Coordinating travel bookings and preparing external information requests;
  • Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution;
  • Skip traces & witness location support.
