About the role Oversee and guide the investigations team, ensuring effective management, development, and motivation to achieve departmental objectives. Manage and coordinate complex insurance investigations, ensuring thoroughness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and company standards. Identify and implement improvements in investigation processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and claims departments, to facilitate investigations and share insights. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of investigation outcomes, maintaining detailed documentation for audit and compliance purposes. About you Experienced operational leader, able to guide, coach and nurture a team, either in the insurance industry or similar corporate, highly regulated environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical skills paired with a compassionate approach to assess complex situations and develop thoughtful investigation strategies. Confident leader with the ability to identify gaps in knowledge, upskill your team and optimize delivery. A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance, with a keen eye for detail in all investigative activities.
