We are currently seeking an Investigation Review Officer to join our team in Brisbane on a 12-month contract may lead to a permanent position within Fraud & Intelligence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in insurance claims, investigations, or fraud detection who thrives in a collaborative and customer-focused environment.

  • Complete recorded interviews, perform relevant searches, and assess supporting documentation.
  • Communicate outcomes with clarity and empathy, managing sensitive customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with external investigators and internal teams to drive positive outcomes.
  • Maintain high standards of audit compliance, risk awareness, and reporting integrity.
  • Contribute to a supportive team culture, participating in training, knowledge sharing, and capability uplift initiatives.
