Investigations Specialist (100%)Operations

Your tasks

• Conducting inquiries with third-party and correspondent banks via the Swift network
• Processing and coordination of payment refund claims
• Performing Safewatch monitoring at the 1st level and processing corresponding hits
• Monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of all payment transaction-related systems
• Participation in projects and system tests for the implementation of new or improved applications, automation, digitization and process optimization.
• Updating directives, work instructions and processes

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field and already possess experience in banking operations and back office. You have a confident manner, strong assertiveness, and enjoy working in a team. Your precise and structured work style, as well as your customer-oriented and responsible approach, are among your strengths. In addition to your native German language, you are also fluent in French and/or English.
