QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be or have previous experience as an Insurance Broker to qualify (Not Banking)
• Minimum 3 years of investigative experience in a regulatory body or insurance company.
• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, accounting, law).
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Investigator reporting to the Manager of Investigations, you will be responsible for conducting thorough, fair, and impartial investigations into complaints involving our licensees. You will play a key role in upholding regulatory standards and contributing to the enforcement process, including appearing before Complaints and Discipline committees when necessary.
