Analyze data and evidence to write narrative reports to effectively communicate independent conclusion of investigation to Incident Review Committee. Present all investigations to the Incident Review Committee. Complete administrative requirements of the Justice Center and OPWDD investigative guidelines
Required: Bachelors Degree in Human Services or a related field
· SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Must be able to maintain the strict confidentiality.
· Successfully complete OPWDD Certified Investigator Training Course
· Complete the Justice Center Investigator Training Module prior to investigating
· Obtain written statements from interviewees
· Write investigative reports to effectively communicate findings, recommendations for corrective actions and improvement practices.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

· Investigate assigned cases by various methods including but not limited to interviews, collection of evidence, taking photographs, drawing diagrams/floor plans, etc.
· Write investigative reports to effectively communicate findings, recommendations for corrective actions and improvement practices.
· Trains program staff on incident reporting and Incident Reporting Management Application (IRMA); Assists program staff with incident reporting and IRMA
· Utilizes Web Submission of Investigative Report (WSIR)Application
