Hi, I’m Ninon, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant with Fed Finance, a recruitment agency specializing in finance and accounting. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.
Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions.
I’m looking for an Investment Accountant who will be responsible for the overall accounting and financial management of individuals, their holding companies, trusts and foundations. My client is located downtown Montreal. This is a permanent, hybrid position (2-3 days remote).

Your responsibilities:

• Handling customer accounting files
• Accounting for banking and investment transactions
• Preparation of financial statements
• Preparation of tax forms
• Follow-up of payment schedules
• Preparation of personal, corporate, and trust tax returns
• Preparation of annual foundation returns
• Participation in the development of financial, tax, and estate planning
• Coordination with the investment team
