REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Knowledge of investment administration is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
    As an Investment Administrator, you are responsible for dealing with a range of pension and investment enquiries. Strong attention to detail is required as you will be processing high volumes of financial information.
Responsibilities
  • Dealing with queries and requests from Financial Adviser firms
  • Processing new investment paperwork
  • Allocating and transferring funds upon instruction from financial advisers
  • Completing all related administrative duties
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Offering knowledge and expertise to colleagues as needed
