  • At least 2 years of experience in investment or asset management
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Confidence handling multiple tasks and stakeholders in a busy environment

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be at the centre of the day-to-day investment process, working closely with Investment Managers, introducers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Managing post, client records, and key internal systems
  • Supporting onboarding, investment transfers, and internal cash and stock movements
  • Processing payment instructions, account amendments, and KYC updates
  • Coordinating review packs and meeting preparation for client reviews
  • Acting as a key point of contact for client and adviser queries
  • Covering responsibilities of the Senior Investment Administrator when needed
  • Upholding internal procedures and FCA Conduct Rules
